Every photo tells a story
When I step into the wild, time slows down. The air feels different, alive with purpose, and I’m reminded of how intricately God designed every living thing. Wildlife photography is more than art to me; it’s worship. It’s my way of pausing long enough to notice the beauty that was spoken into existence, the harmony that still whispers of His creation story.
Each image is a glimpse into a world untouched, where stillness meets power, and chaos gives way to order. My hope is that when you see my work, you feel a sense of awe and connection… and maybe, a renewed desire to protect the world we’ve been entrusted with.
Meet Reagan Elizabeth
Hi, I’m Reagan, and I believe the world is full of tiny miracles.
My love for animals began long before I ever picked up a camera. I was the little girl in a Rapunzel nightgown, running barefoot through the backyard, knee-deep in mud, searching for tadpoles and treasures in the lake behind my house. Somewhere between those summer days and now, I just never stopped being curious.
The older I got, the more I realized how the wild can tell stories that words never could. Standing in front of a grizzly bear or watching a jaguar leap to catch a caiman from a bank, I feel the same sense of awe I did as a child. Through my lens, I try to hold onto those moments, and to remind others that beauty, love, and wonder still exist in the world.
My Story
My love for wildlife began in Africa, where everything felt alive with color and heartbeat. It was there that something inside me clicked. I realized this wasn’t just fascination; it was a calling. Watching elephants move quietly through the savanna and seeing the light hit the dust just right, I felt God stirring something deep within me.
Then came Alaska, a land of rugged beauty that taught me what I was capable of. We were surrounded by brown bears constantly, their power and grace leaving me in awe. It was cold, it was wild, and it was hard work, but it showed me I could do hard things. Every day, I woke up with the thrill of knowing I was living right in the middle of my dream.
India tested my endurance in a different way. The heat reached 115 degrees, there was no shade, no air conditioning, and no guarantee of seeing a tiger. But we kept going, driven by hope and faith. When a tiger finally emerged from the jungle, every ounce of exhaustion disappeared. In that moment, I understood that the best things often come from perseverance.
Then came the Pantanal, where I learned to trust what God had placed in me. It was my first time leading my own trip, and I found such joy in discovering who I was as both an artist and an adventurer. Jaguars leapt from riverbanks, toucans soared overhead, and giant river otters played in the golden light. Everywhere I looked, the world seemed to sing.
Each journey has shaped how I see the world and deepened my belief that awe leads to care. Through every photograph, I hope to share that sense of wonder and inspire others to protect the wild places and creatures that remind us of God’s creativity.
